Exploring Anger

Anger is an emotion that I struggled to manage in my teenage years.  When anger becomes overwhelming and uncontrollable it can cause problems in important personal relationships.  The aggression that stems from anger can cause damage to personal property and that of others, in the extreme it can result in physical harm.  In my experience anger can stem from a number of causes.  The below links will guide you to information that will help you understand anger alongside offering you some tools that may help you to manage you anger.  If you struggle to manage your anger after applying the tools and techniques below I would recommend 1-1 support either with myself or someone in your local community.
